Cabernet Sauvignon


A full bodied red – aromas of black cherries, wild berries and some spice. A mixture of French and American oak. Its palate is intense and rich with dark plum and firm tannins. The aromas and colour hint at the intensity of this wine.

Bright Crimson.


Lifted aromas of raspberries, mulberries and blackcurrants, with touches of white pepper and lavender.


The palate displays rich red berry, black cherry and ripe plum characters. The subtle sweet vanilla overtones add a touch of complexity. Medium in body and soft in mouth feel the wine has a seamless tannin structure with a youthful fresh fruit finish.

Serving Suggestions:

Ideally served between 16-19 degrees. A terrific pairing with char grilled meat and vegies, wild or tamed game for that matter. Also, quite comfortable to make an appearance on a Tuesday night with your favourite pizza or pasta dish.
