TASTING NOTES (click here) :

Fruit Source:

A classic blend of cool climate and inland selected parcels of fruit.

Pale straw with light green hues.

Lifted tropical notes of honeydew, melons, fleshy stone fruits and freshly cut limes.

The palate is exceptionally well balanced between the typical varietal notes of tropical fruits, pineapple, white peach and the lively presence of lemon, lime and a little zest. The wine is of medium weight with the presence of natural soft acidity adding length and a clean crisp finish.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve chilled at around 8 – 12 degrees. A match made in heaven with semi soft goat’s cheese and a dollop of Loquat chutney. Equally as good served on days ending with a Y with grilled chicken or turkey breast and summer salads.
