A rich and complex, full-bodied Chardonnay with aromas of ripe peaches, vanilla and cashew nuts. Subtle use of French oak has given the wine integrated oak and nutty characters. The palate is soft, full and round with an opulent, creamy texture and aromas of butterscotch and melon.
This unusual technique has enriched the wine with complex peach, butterscotch, honey, cashew, pistachio, and melon fruit characters and a balanced lingering finish.
A ripe, elegant example of this famous varietal. Complex aromas of blackberries and plums mingle with cardamom, cloves and vanillin oak. The palate is rich and opulent. Fine, balanced tannins merge with flavours of mulberries, leather and cedarwood, finishing with a hint of black pepper.
